Looking at a house 400ft from railroad track. Are freight trains likely to shake the house?

The house is a newly built one storey, that backs onto a wooded area (pine trees). The wooded area is about 400 feet deep, then the other side is a single line train track, which gets around 2 heavy freight trains per day. I don’t think the noise is too much of a concern, but I am wondering if it will noticably vibrate the house from this distance.
